For more than ten years, SushiVid has connected brands with creators across Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam. In all that time, the hardest part of a campaign was rarely finding the right creators or the right idea. It was everything around it.

What ViaCRM does
ViaCRM brings the three things every influencer campaign depends on into one place. We sum it up as Creators. Reviews. Money.
- Creators. Keep every influencer's profile, rates and campaign history in one place that belongs to your company, not someone's spreadsheet. Shortlist with your client in their own login.
- Reviews. Influencers upload their drafts and you watch them inside ViaCRM. The agency approves first, then the client, and every approval is timestamped. An AI checker flags spelling, captions and banned words before you even press play.
- Money. Register ViaCRM as one vendor, deposit once and release payments with a click. ViaCRM pays every influencer through Airwallex, so there's no vendor form for every creator.

Who it's for
ViaCRM is built by agencies, for agencies and brands. And it fits more teams than we first expected:
- Influencer agencies running campaigns for many clients at once, each with its own login and reports.
- Brands running influencer marketing in-house, often with a team of one.
- Social media agencies managing a client's own accounts, who need a calendar, client approval and reporting without the price of a large social media suite.
- Companies turning their own people into advocates. Why just hire influencers? Employees, property and insurance agents, car dealers and franchise outlets already talk about your brand every day. If you're a Malaysian brand or agency, you can now search and shortlist from SushiVid's database of 41,000+ Malaysian influencers without leaving ViaCRM. Every ViaCRM account starts with 500 influencers pre-loaded, and full access is an optional add-on.
Your data stays yours. Data only flows one way, from SushiVid into ViaCRM. Your ViaCRM campaigns, contacts and results are encrypted on AWS in an account separate from SushiVid's, and nothing is sent back to us unless you ask. More on how the SushiVid × ViaCRM integration works.
What's coming for SushiVid creators
We know creators juggle a lot of logins: one for each platform, agency and brand. Soon, influencers with a ViaCRM account will see their SushiVid campaigns and data sync over automatically: briefs, drafts, posting dates, results and payments. Our goal is simple. ViaCRM should be the one place creators handle every campaign, from SushiVid or anywhere else.
